QRegarding our payment term. it's T/T 30% deposit & balance is paid upon shipment.

QWhen 5% or more goods are in trouble of quality and you want to return, please be ready to provide us clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. If you believe your item is not with good quality, please take pictures of the problem as long as you can. We will need photographs showing the problems as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation to process your exchanging or fixing. After you return,if it's the problem of the item itself,we will resend the exchanging one to you.
